This includes when you interact with blockchain accounts owned by you and use those accounts to perform various blockchain transactions such as when purchasing or selling certain digital assets, subscriptions, and using software provided on or in connection with those services (collectively, the "Services"). It provides you with details about the information we collect from you, where we store it, and how we use that information.
This Policy only applies to our website and does not apply to third-party websites, third-party services or interactions between the buyers and sellers on https://chainflex.io. Information We Access
When you conduct blockchain or cryptocurrency transactions you use third-party electronic wallet extensions, websites, or other software options (collectively, the "Wallet Providers"). None of those Wallet Providers are controlled or operated by us. We do not have access to any of the private data you have shared with your Wallet Provider.
Data we do have access to will include the public blockchain ledgers as they relate to your blockchain accounts. We can access data such as your fungible and non-fungible token balances as well as the dates and times of the blockchain transactions you perform. Although we can access public ledger data we are not responsible for creating or storing information on those ledgers.
We use smart contracts to enable users to perform various transactions and functions in accordance with the Services provided on this website. Some of those smart contracts are not owned by us and thus we are not in control of the functionality in any way. Smart contracts that are owned by us are publically viewable and can be found in the table below.
We use the smart contracts that we own to keep records of the data as it relates to your use of our Services. This may include but is not limited to tracking the status of your subscriptions so we can provide the Services; keeping records or holding of the digital assets you submit to us while using our services so that those assets can be returned to you or payment can be sent to you; and to keep other data that enables your use of the Services.
The table below can be used to see what data you have submitted to us, incuding your subscription status and digital assets that we may hold on your behalf.
Data Processing
We collect data and store it in smart contracts and then we routinely access that data so that we may provide the Services to you. We may use this data to determine which of our Services are the most or least used so that we can adjust our offerings to meet market demands. However, in most cases this data cannot be deleted as it resides on smart contracts and secured by blockchain technology.
Our smart contracts are deisgned to automatically create data for your blockchain accounts when you use our Services as well as automatically removing your account data from our smart contracts when you no longer use our Services. However, even in a case where our smart contract has deleted data related to your account, all transaction history will still exist elsewhere within the blockchain as this is the inherent feature of the technology.
Our Services also use local application storage on your browser to store things like your linked account names, chosen API endpoints, and aggreement to our Terms of Service. This data is stored on your device and can only be accessed by our Services when you visit https://chainflex.io. If you wish to delete this data please refer to your chosen internet browers instructions for deleting locally stored data.
